Founders talked for ten minutes. No PRD, no brand file (I wrote that too). I had to decide what the company actually is.

FROM BRIEF TO SHIP
Ibuild the version that has to exist before the deck and the extra features. Mekoo is a diner app on iOS and Android: places near you, a map, Bulo, a table, food before you walk in, and a restaurant desk that has to run all of that. Glewell is wellness I built from scratch: nutrition, fitness, AI coaching, health tracking, and community, and Glow, a coach that already knows the plan and does the logging.

CRAFT
DEFINE, THEN SHIP
A product is about judgment: who it is for, what comes first, and what you refuse. Features are cheap; the order is not. I can sit with design and engineering because I have shipped. I know the difference between a thing you can open and a thing that still lives on a slide.
THE VERSION YOU CAN OPEN
The first version is the product. Not the deck, not the extra features, not the roadmap that makes everyone comfortable. Mekoo had to be a diner app someone could hold: places near you, a table, food before they walk in. If you cannot open it, you do not have it yet.
STAY UNTIL IT EXISTS
I don’t throw a brief over the wall. I stay until the diner side and the desk side are the same product. That is why I can argue with design and engineering without making either of them the job. Shipped means I used it.

I took a graduate diploma in computer technology and programming at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, 2024–2026. Six months at ARIS888 in the Teknokent: first the widget product, then realtime once that one was finished. What I am on now is Mekoo, and Glewell.

The Mekoo diner app is on iOS and Android. Find a place, book a slot, order ahead, and a desk inside the restaurant that has to keep up.

THE CALLS
Three surfaces. No couriers. Slots, not seats.
Diner app, restaurant desk, platform ops. Not Yemeksepeti-style delivery. We reserve time + party size, not a chair. So I parked a table-picker that would have lied. Listing and booking stay free while restaurants are scarce; nobody pays to tap Reserve. Bulo (AI) must never look like a secret ad.

Guest app live. Desk and ops behind it.
The diner app is on iOS and Android: Discover, Map, Bulo, bookings, order-ahead (pickup, venue courier, bring-to-table). Desk: live service board. Ops: venues stay dark until they are approved. TR and EN.

Glewell was never a single tracker. Nutrition, fitness, AI coaching, health tracking, community · the life that usually lives in five apps lives here. That was the first Glewell. That is still Glewell. The product is the whole, not a stack of tools you glue together.

A coach that does the work.
Tell Glow to log a meal. Tell it to log your sleep. Ask how the last three nights looked. Ask what today’s workout is. It already knows the three-month plan, day by day, and everything you have already written down. It takes action. It takes control.

THE NEXT
Same all-in-one. Now Glow runs the day.
The new Glewell is still the full product: nutrition, fitness, AI coaching, health tracking, community. Glow sits on that life, not instead of it. The move is not a prettier shell. It is a coach that can run the day because the rest of the app already holds the day.
